"In my experience, the strata manager was genuinely responsive — maintenance requests were handled within 24–48 hours, which I hadn't experienced in any previous building. The lifts worked reliably and the common areas were always clean."

"Crown Street is loud on weekend nights — I'm on level 3 and could hear everything. Higher floors would probably be quieter. Parking allocation is confusing and there were disputes in the car park."

"Honestly one of the better buildings I've rented in. The natural light in my unit was exceptional — north-facing, full afternoon sun. Building is well maintained and I felt very safe coming home at night."
