• Led and delivered the design for F5's entire NGINX One SaaS platform, a cloud-based B2B product that helps customers manage their NGINX instances (servers), from its initial conception through to launch and beyond.
• Designed features like dashboards, AI assistants, infrastructure monitoring and configuration management tools that simplified complex user workflows and helped secure contracts of up to US $12.5 million.
• Synthesized customer feedback and worked cross functionally with product managers, engineers and other designers to design new functionality and improve customer retention by 32% for F5's NGINX Management Suite product.
• Established a design-led culture by producing detailed high-fidelity mockups as the source of truth for every UI workflow. This brought clarity and alignment across stakeholders at all levels and accelerated release timelines.

• Built the company's Design System in Figma and improved web components using Angular, HTML, CSS, SASS which cut design-to-development cycles by ~40% and ensured brand consistency.
• Implemented code for aspects of the Design System like typography, color palettes and component variants.
• Launched Fungible Data Center Composer from 0-1, designing the end-to-end SaaS experience for a virtualized bare-metal data center, delivering 4-5x AI workload performance over AWS and Google Cloud.
• Designed core experiences for resource allocation, monitoring, and networking across 3 major releases, driving adoption among 10+ enterprise clients (including Tesla and T-Mobile) and achieved $1M ARR in the first year.

• Researched, designed and prototyped interfaces that simplified new functionality in a complex, infrastructure-management product.

• Designed two new features for a key client in a secure messaging application called Backline. This involved processes like user research, creating personas, workflows, detailed wireframes, high-fidelity clickable prototypes, and performing user testing.

• Founded and coordinated a local UX community within Tieto to learn, practice and teach knowledge about UX design. Instituted a user-centered design (UCD) approach among other engineers.
• Ensured that the UI-UX is modern, easy to use and consistent across the entire project. This also involved working on front-end technologies like CSS3, JavaScript, Less and Bootstrap.
